What happens after I confirm?
You get your booking number and how to pay; we then confirm the bookings with the providers and issue the tickets and vouchers.
- Your booking number — It appears in your private link as soon as you accept (such as BK-…).
- Payment as set out in the quote — How to pay appears in the same link, as the quote sets it out. There is no payment on the website.
- Confirmation and issuing — We confirm the bookings with the airlines, hotels and service providers, and issue the tickets and vouchers.
- Your documents — They appear in your private link once issued, such as the invoice and the travel voucher.
For any change after confirmation, contact us as early as you can; the earlier it is, the more options there are.
