Getting started
- How does Daral work? — Your trip from discovery to issued booking, in seven steps.
- How do I start a trip request? — Choose a service, fill in your details in two steps, and get a reference number as soon as the request arrives. No payment, no commitment.
- How do I use “Safari”? — “Safari” is Daral’s assistant on the site: it answers in Arabic or English, typed or spoken, and prepares a draft request that you review and send yourself.
Your quote & confirmation
- What happens after I send my request? — You get a reference number at once; our team reviews your request and availability, then sends you a written quote.
- How do I read my quote? — The quote is written and states the services, the price, how long it is valid, how to pay, and the cancellation and refund terms.
- What does a tailored price mean? — We do not show fixed prices; we price every request for its dates, group size and real availability.
- How do I confirm the quote? — Review the quote from your private link, then agree and press “Accept this quotation” — or ask for a change, or simply leave it with no commitment.
- What happens after I confirm? — You get your booking number and how to pay; we then confirm the bookings with the providers and issue the tickets and vouchers.
- Changes or cancellation — According to the quote you accepted and the providers’ policies. Contact us as early as you can.
Travel
- Before you go — Visas and entry documents, safety and permits, arriving by air and the best seasons.
- Documents & requirements — Your passport, visa and health requirements are your responsibility; we provide the booking documents you need.
Support & trust
- Contact — WhatsApp, e-mail, the “Write to us” form and our office in Khartoum.
- Complaints & suggestions — A reference number at once, a private status link, and always a written answer.
- Frequently asked questions — Short answers about requests, prices, payment, cancellation and travel.
- Privacy & security — We use what you write only to prepare your quote and serve you, we never sell your data, and we never ask for card details on the site.
