According to the quote you accepted and the providers’ policies. Contact us as early as you can.
- Before you accept — Ask for a change from the quote link, or simply leave it with no commitment.
- After you accept — Changes and cancellation follow the accepted quote and the airline, hotel and provider policies.
- Refunds — What is due is refunded by the same method as the payment, or as agreed in writing.

- Have your number ready — Your request number (DST-…) or booking number (BK-…).

- We explain the options — We tell you what can be changed and any fees, according to the terms.
