How do I read my quote?

The quote is written and states the services, the price, how long it is valid, how to pay, and the cancellation and refund terms.

The parts of a quote

Reference and version — Your request number and the quote version (v1, v2…). If you ask for a change, you receive an updated version.
The service requested — What you asked for: the type of service and its details as we received them.
Items and total — Each service on its own line with its price, then the total in the currency stated in the quote.
Valid until — The last day the quote can be accepted. After that the price or availability may change, and you can ask for an update.
Notes and conditions — How to pay, the change, cancellation and refund terms, and the airline, hotel and provider rules that apply.
