How do I use “Safari”?
“Safari” is Daral’s assistant on the site: it answers in Arabic or English, typed or spoken, and prepares a draft request that you review and send yourself.
How “Safari” answers
- The Daral guide first — It looks first in the Daral guide: destinations, seasons, visas, permits and how requests work, plus the programs and offers published on the site.
- A smart answer only when needed — If your question goes beyond the guide, it may use a smart answer built on Daral’s own information. If that is not available, you keep the guide’s answer.
- A draft that you review — If you ask for a trip, it prepares a draft with only what you said, and never guesses a date or a number you did not give. The draft opens in the request form so you can check it, add your details and send it yourself.
- Our team confirms — “Safari” does not confirm bookings or give prices. What binds is the written quote from our team.

Tips
