How do I start a trip request?

Choose a service, fill in your details in two steps, and get a reference number as soon as the request arrives. No payment, no commitment.

Where to start

The “Start your request” button — Pick the service: flights, hotels, serviced apartments, tours, safari, Nile trips, the Red Sea, or cars with a driver.
From a program, offer or destination — Press “Request a quote” on its card and its name is filled into your request.
Design a package — Combine experiences, stays and transport in one request and get one quote for the whole package.
Ask “Safari” — Describe your trip in your own words; “Safari” prepares a draft request that you review and send yourself.

Trip details — Destination or city, dates and number of travellers as the service needs, plus any notes or special requests.
Contact details — Your full name and phone number with the country code (tick whether it is on WhatsApp). E-mail is optional.
Your reference — When the request reaches our team its number appears on screen (such as DST-…). Keep it to follow up.

Sending a request is not a booking and involves no payment or financial commitment.

For a more precise quote — Give the dates if they are fixed or the month if you are flexible, say how many are travelling, and add your preferred standard of stay, your interests or any special need in the notes.
What if the connection drops while sending? — The request is saved on your device and sent automatically when you are back online, and the site tells you so clearly. You can also send it on WhatsApp.
