What is it?
Six days across the Bajrawiya pyramids, Naqa, Musawwarat, Gebel Barkal, Nuri and El-Kurru, crossing the Bayuda desert with a desert-camp night.
6 days · November – March
- Day 1: Arrival — Airport welcome, hotel transfer and a program briefing.
- Day 2: Bajrawiya pyramids — Drive north to Bajrawiya, a sunset walk among the royal pyramids, night at a nearby desert camp.
- Day 3: Naqa & Musawwarat — The Apedamak temple and Roman kiosk at Naqa, then the Great Enclosure at Musawwarat, back to camp.
- Day 4: Across Bayuda to Karima — Cross the Bayuda with stops at volcanic cones; reach Karima for sunset on Gebel Barkal.
- Day 5: Barkal, Nuri & El-Kurru — Temple of Amun and Barkal pyramids in the morning, then the Nuri pyramids and the painted tombs of El-Kurru.
- Day 6: Return — Drive to the departure point on the available route.
